Dear Edventures community,
Just like the July update, this month’s update is also quite brief as we’ve been very focused on a few things - to deliver the Alpha and the campaign around it. August might not have been flashy, but it was the month that made launch possible. August was the build up, and September will be all about momentum: onboarding early adopters, learning from feedback, and turning all that prep into real progress.
If you’re just getting to know us, here’s a recap

TL;DR
August was all about groundwork: Jennifer settled into campaigns and community, while Aadarsh pushed Alpha 3.0 over the finish line.
Major product updates: AI-generated Action Plans, Stripe integration, database clean-up, UI polish, and smarter AI.
Community prep in full swing with content, outreach, and launch campaigns lined up.
Funding efforts continued with applications to Vinnova and Berkeley SkyDeck, plus prepping for angel outreach ahead.
📣 Team News
August was a month of focus. Jennifer settled into her role, shaping the voice of our campaigns and supporting community engagement. Aadarsh juggled full-stack and AI development to keep Alpha 3.0 moving forward. I divided my time between AI engineer recruitment, marketing prep with Jennifer, and product testing with Aadarsh.
⚙️ Product Evolution
Product updates were the main headline in August. Here’s what we wrapped up:
AI-generated Action Plans (APs) – our AI can now help entrepreneurs break down their big ideas into step-by-step action points, making it easier to move from “dreaming” to actually doing.
Stripe integration – tested, validated, and ready to go. This means seamless, secure payments for users worldwide (and a lot less stress for us).
Database pruning - we cleaned house, removing inactive users and old data to reset things ahead of the launch.
UI refinements - the final round of reviewing and tweaking the onboarding and chat interface.
Improved prompt engineering and agent architecture – behind the curtain, we fine-tuned how our AI interprets and responds, so conversations feel more helpful, consistent, and natural.
These updates were the final, make-or-break touches, polishing the user experience so we could give entrepreneurs the best possible first impression. By the end of August, we’d almost fully rebuild and completed the Alpha 3.0, making it truly B2C-ready - September will be focused on the launch. Time to be onboarding early adopters, learning from feedback, and turning all that prep into real traction.
🌍 Community
Jennifer has quietly but steadily been bringing our community space back to life - reaching out, sharing content, and starting to rebuild the vibe we’ve missed. It’s been really nice to see those first sparks of energy returning.
We also rolled up our sleeves to prep for the launch: lining up content, gathering emails from our networks, and mapping out where and when to share our story. The campaign itself got a few tweaks too, so that when Alpha 3.0 went live, the first impression felt clear, simple, and welcoming.
With referral bonuses, early sign-up offers, and a platform designed to guide first-time and budding entrepreneurs, we’re ready to welcome people in properly.
đź’° Funding Opportunities
Amid all the product work, funding stayed on the radar. We submitted applications to Vinnova Innovative Startups and Berkeley SkyDeck, while also preparing tailored outreach to handpicked angel investors.
đź‘€ What’s in the Pipeline for Next Month?
Full launch of Alpha 3.0 🎉
Onboarding early adopters and gathering first-wave feedback
Submitting a handful of funding applications
Hopefully good news on the AI Engineer role 🤞
