Dear Edventures community,
This update covers both August and September, as time has really flown by and I wasn’t able to set aside time for the August update. However, progress has been decent. We’ve made small progress with regards to clients and securing pilots, but big improvements in refining Anna’s coaching experience, driven by valuable feedback from our mentors and experts, as part of the resources available to us through our participation in the Supercharger Ventures programme. As part of this programme, we’ve also made significant progress on our investor-facing materials, including a new tiered access system for our data room.
If you’re just getting to know us, here’s a recap

๐ Community
At the end of August, I attended the JA Europe Alumni conference in Tirana, Albania, connecting with a high-energy group of young professionals and future decision-makers. As an alumni myself, it’s always very rewarding to meet with fellow founders from other parts of Europe, as well as to connect with young professionals and other very ambitious and creative people. The alumni network of JA has always been a good source of inspiration and energy for me, as the role of a founder can be quite lonely sometimes (even with a co-founder). Because of the conference, and the work running in parallel both before and after, is also the reason why this update covers two months in one go.
During September, we’ve made positive but small progress during our talks with one of the major potential partners and clients we’re in touch with. The intent is to sign an LOI shortly, and to hash out the specifics for a pilot. Included in this is also talks about a joint application for the next Eureka Innowwide call.
Additionally, we have been refining our sales outreach infrastructure to get better qualified leads and a stronger pipeline. This includes a new commercial taxonomy for more accurate lead classification and a streamlined CRM stage to manage our communication queues more effectively. We also updated our website’s team section to better reflect our current narrative and team structure, as well as improved our internal content generation and drafting pipeline.
โ๏ธ Product Evolution
We have made major strides in refining Anna’s coaching experience, driven by valuable feedback from our mentors and experts. We have reworked the user journey to better define success states and deepened our design around reflection and feedback loops, ensuring Anna can better apply founder insights to her coaching. We are currently working on a revamped UX that includes new features like progress tracking, follow-ups, and iterative coaching loops, and will be launching these features gradually over the coming weeks.
Something we have already launched is live streaming of the chat, a dedicated reasoning pane to show Anna’s “thinking” process, and specialist modes for Sales, Marketing, People, Product, Legal, and Finance. We also added project goal tracking, a new completion flow for action plans, and a unified modal system for a more consistent UI across the platform.
๐ฐ Funding activities
W’re currently in the middle of the Supercharger Ventures Cohort X3, where we have found the mentor and expert connections to be a valuable contribution to our product strategy and success definitions. Another contribution is improving on our investor-facing materials and split our pitch deck into two distinct surfaces: a high-level Teaser for first meetings and a denser Review deck for follow-up diligence. We also introduced a tiered access system for our data room.
Fundraising activities have intentionally not been a top priority of late as we’re focusing more on securing initial pilots to better prove our concept and secure stronger traction. However, in Tirana I met with the person in charge for setting up and launching the venture fund for JA Europe, to follow up on our previous conversations and learning more about the progress they’ve made to launch the fund.
๐ Team News
No changes to the team, we keep calm and carry on.
